Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Lindsey Hudman to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the Coaching Services to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the Coaching Services to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Lindsey Hudman as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Lindsey Hudman has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Lindsey Hudman to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), Lindsey Hudman will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the Coaching Services or should it become impossible for Lindsey Hudman to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. All cancellations must be done before the 24 hour period. Client agrees to pay (or will be charged) the FULL amount of the services ($150 for individual and $185 for couples) if they cancel after the 24 hour period.
